I new froyo place just opened down the street from me! It’s all low-fat or no-fat, best thing ever! I like the chocolate with bananas and strawberries

Lunch: medium mocha iced latte with skim milk and a breakfast sandwich
Dinner: Beef stew my coach made with a little piece of garlic bread and a caprisun
Others: 2 bottle of water, half a pineapple (shared with my roomie), apple, daily vitamin
exercise: field hockey game

Breakfast: Pasta salad from yesterday
Lunch: Weight watchers meal
Dinner: None-I was suppose to have a sorority dinner but they ran out of food by the time got there after practice
Snacks: Gold fish and a chocolate lollipop (my roommate brought it home for me) ann and Apples!
Exercise: 1 1/2 hour field hockey practice (flats and throughs were killer today)
Note: NEED TO GO GROCERY SHOPPING!

Brunch:
- Grilled bun (in o cal canola spray and 0 cal spray butter)
- 2 over hard eggs
- a slice of low-fat cheese
Dinner:
- home-made baked mac & cheese (1 serving size)
Snacks:
- 2 servings Tostitos scoops
- a few mini reeses (I love chocolate!)
- rum and cranberry
Forgot my daily vitamin today because I need to take it with food and I had a late breakfast/ early lunch. Didn’t eat as much as I usually do today because I had the day off from field hockey and didn’t exercise. Alumni game tomorrow and a healthy lunch with the team…my coach and her husband make such yummy healthy food! I love them! I don’t want field hockey to end because then I will have to buy my own food again haha.
