Really need to get back to my weight loss plan
So during field hockey season I was so good about eating healthy and exercising daily but now that I don’t have my coach cooking for me everyday I am eating whatever I have around my apt. I was losing like 3 pounds a week and I need to start doing that again. What really got me motivated again was that my friend Bryan said he actual noticed my weight loss since this summer and that he has no doubt I will achieve my goal…you can’t go wrong when you have support like that :)
