I hate homework!
I just spent 6 hours in a computer lab on campus doing on civil homework assignment and my friend and I split the hw assignment in half so if I actually did it by myself it would have taken 12 hours. That way to much time for one class. I don’t even care about getting my history paper done now. I just want to go to bed!

Breakfast: Apple
Lunch: medium mocha iced latte with skim milk and a breakfast sandwich
Dinner: Beef stew my coach made with a little piece of garlic bread and a caprisun
Others: 2 bottle of water, half a pineapple (shared with my roomie), apple, daily vitamin
exercise: field hockey game

Breakfast: Pasta salad from yesterday
Lunch: Weight watchers meal
Dinner: None-I was suppose to have a sorority dinner but they ran out of food by the time got there after practice
Snacks: Gold fish and a chocolate lollipop (my roommate brought it home for me) ann and Apples!
Exercise: 1 1/2 hour field hockey practice (flats and throughs were killer today)
Note: NEED TO GO GROCERY...

Intense practice today
So today we did stations at practice. Stations is when we have 2 minute stations set up around the field and in between each station we have to sprint a lap. Needless to say by the last sprint no one is actually sprinting anymore. We had 6 stations today. Then we played 3 v. 3 for the rest of practice.

Lunch: moms pasta salad-spiral pasta with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes mixed with lite italian dressing and pepper
Dinner: 2 servings of gold fish
Note: I know it doesn’t look like I’m eating enough but I have always had issues getting enough nutrients in my daily diet so I now take a daily vitamin to fill in the gaps. I always get enough nutrients for my body...

My Exercise
I am a division III athlete. I play field hockey and lacrosse all year round. Right now I am in field hockey season and I usually practice or have a game 6 days a week…it would be seven but my coach is required to give us one day off. Good Morning
So my roommates have taken over the fridge! I have no food in my apt. so I have been going home (which is 5 minutes away) to eat haha. My mom has so much crap in the house though but she also has real food which is all I”m looking for. Too bad I don’t have time in the mornings to get breakfast. Just going to have to wait till my boyfriends comes to get me at 3!
